When the Destiny 2 was launched for PS 4 and Xbox one on September 6, the PC game lovers are eagerly waiting for the Windows version of this game. As the developer of Destiny 2 announced that they will release this game for PC as soon as possible. Almost two months later, on October 24, they launched Destiny 2 for PC as they promised. After spent some time with PC version of Destiny 2 at E3, I became a big fan of this game.
Features of Destiny 2 PC
Before going to play this game, first big question pop up on everyone’s mind that what extra features the PC version of this game are going to offer. And I list the features below at the developer of Destiny 2 provide in a press release:
My Experience while playing Destiny 2 PC version
I played the Xbox version of Destiny 2 many time but the PC version gave me more intense experience than before. The PC version is speedier. You can switch the weapons and reload it much quicker if you play the game in 4k. It is very difficult to target enemy while playing with Xbox joystick. As I expected, the targeting and looking around become easier and faster with mouse and keyboard controller. Ever though you are playing the game for the first time, you can adapt this game very easily. The graphics look really incredible in 4k at 60FPS. If your PC hardware is more powerful than you can go beyond 60FPS. This will give you gaming experience more realistic. As expected, there are no signs of blurry textures and objects. The PC version also improved particle effect and graphical soft shadows. On the other hand, the PS4 and Xbox one X versions are locked at 30FPS. And it is very hard to play this game at this low resolution. It’s a dream to play this game at 29:9 resolution if your monitor is ultra big and wide in size. In case, you have to run the game lower than 4k, still, you will get the better experience than the console versions at 1440 Pixels.
Wrap it up
After expending some hours with the PC versions of Destiny 2 at my home, I decided to make it my permanent platform for the game. Though the game looks good with single player campaign mode, it will definitely attract a solid community to play at multiplayer mode.
